What your package includes

 At Beachcombers Weddings we are offering you a full days wedding photography package with 50x(6x9) colour or black & white prints,

5x(8x10) colour or black & white prints and a high resolution cd-rom allowing you to make extra copies of your favourite photos if you so wished.This offer also includes 1 large black leather wedding Albums with all your photos* beautifully presented within them*

Copyright to all photos taken on the day by us remains with Beachcombers Weddings, unless otherwise permitted

*A face to face appointment

Approximately 6 weeks prior to your wedding day I will make an appointment to come and visit you to discuss in full your wedding photograph poses/shots and location and confirm the type of photographs and shots you feel will best represent the mood and theme of your special day.

*All day wedding photography

Your photographic package will commence in the morning as the bride begins her preparation for the forthcoming day, arrival at the church/registry office, wedding service, wedding breakfast, reception and last dance during the evening reception.

Wherever and whenever possible we have 2 photographers on hand to make sure we don’t miss any of those special little moments.

*A site Survey

Each package includes an extensive on-site survey of all your wedding day venues about 6 weeks before your wedding. If you give me the address of the Church/Registry Office where the happy couple are to be married and the reception details, I will visit the location in advance and do a site survey prior to our meeting in order to find out the best locations and angles for all the main shots the layout of the buildings and their grounds and any notable architectural, landscape featuresor any particularly scenic backdrops. I will also survey the area for alternative locations in which to take the photographs from in case of rain.

*Must Have Wedding Photography List

This list highlights more formal and traditional poses obtainable in your wedding package. If you decided to use this list and choose many traditional "set up/posed shots", please bear in mind that this can take up to an 1.5 hours after the ceremony, so try to limited your list to the most important shots you would like to see and I will try to accommodate all others time permitting. We would also ask you to make a timetable of special events i.e cake cutting happening on the day of your wedding to make sure we are in the right places at the right time.

*Insurance

On the day of your wedding we will be carrying public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance.

*On line gallery

Within 1 week of your special day we will transfer your image onto our website, enabling you to have your own on-line gallery. From this your friends and family can view your happy day and order and purchase photographs directly for themselves if they so wish.

*A CD-ROM

Once the wedding day is over you will be sent a cd-rom enabling you to view your happy day on the computer and most home Dvd players. Your cd will contain approximately 250 - 350 images. From this we ask you to choose 50 (6x9) and 5 (8x10) images to be included in your album. Please feel free to duplicate images if so desired.
The Cd is high resolution, so you will be able to make extra copies of your favourite photos if you so wished.

Extra cd’s and reprints will be available to friends and family at an extra cost.

All prints will be processed by a professional lab on Kodak or Fuji paper with a gloss/matt finish. Postage and packaging is free with orders over £10.00 otherwise £1.50 per order.

A Small deposit of only £100 is required to book and secure your date, the outstanding balance is to be paid on (or to clear by) your big day.

Beachcombers Weddings are a North Wales based company. The price of this package includes all weddings based within a 50 mile radius of Wrexham, North Wales, England. If however you are interested in booking this package and live elsewhere in the UK we may charge extra for travelling expenses and/or overnight stay.
